House prices in the U.K property market have seen a third rise in the past four months. The prices have risen by 0.9% in June 2009. According to the Nationwide Building Society, the stabilisation of prices was a "welcome surprise".
With the recession gloom house owners were in much dilemma whether it is the right time to sell off their properties. Declines in the past year clearly suggest decreasing interest in property investment. With the onset of recovery the sentiment has improved due to more positive outlook.
"House prices have now risen in three of the last four months, suggesting that the improvement that began to show up in March represents more than just statistical noise," said the Nationwide's economist Martin Gahbauer.
With growth in the property market now expected, and with the current low property prices overall, it makes an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to invest in Liverpool property.
